PTA (Parent Teacher Association) is offering a ‘punch card system’ for families to attend school events. If a family attends a school events such as: “Tour and Talk,” family nights, and/or PTA meetings each event earns a ‘punch’ on the family punch card. A completed card has five punches which will earn the family either a raffle ticket or an arm band to our Blue Ridge School Carnival in May. No limit to the number of cards a family can complete! J The only exclusions to earning a punch on the card will be school concerts and sporting events. Be looking for more information coming soon.
Food Drive is going on now through October 21st. Help fill our barrels of non-perishable foods. Blue Ridge has three large barrels that we want to fill so that we can earn money to support Blue Ridge activities.
If your child is in 3rd - 5th Grade, ask them about their Belonging Necklace.
Halloween falls on a school day this year. Students may wear costumes but PLEASE DO NOT BRING the props such as swords, knives, fake vampire teeth, etc. that may go with the costumes. Only costumes, no face paint. Thank you!
